Privacy notice
Last updated October 15, 2026
This notice explains what personal information DeepEnd collects through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Who we are
This website is operated by DeepEnd LLC (“DeepEnd”, “we”, “us”), a limited liability company organized in the United States. We are responsible for the personal information described in this notice.
What we collect
We collect as little as we can.
- Waitlist. When you join the waitlist, we receive your email address, the date and time you joined and the page you signed up from.
- Replies. When you reply to one of our emails, we receive your message and the details you include.
- Technical data. When you visit, the servers that deliver this website process your IP address, browser type, the pages you request and the time of each request. This is needed to show you the site and keep it secure.
Please don’t send us sensitive information, such as details about your health or beliefs. We don’t need it to keep you informed.
What we don’t do
- This website does not set cookies and does not use analytics, advertising or social media trackers.
- We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for targeted advertising.
- We do not use your information for automated decisions that affect you.
How we use it
- To send you news about DeepEnd and invitations to early access, if you joined the waitlist.
- To answer your replies and requests.
- To run, protect and improve this website.
- To meet our legal obligations.
If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, we rely on your consent for the waitlist, and on our legitimate interests to answer replies and keep the website running and secure.
Service providers
We use a small number of trusted providers who process information on our behalf and only on our instructions:
- Hosting: hosting provider, which serves this website and keeps short technical logs.
- Waitlist and email: form and email provider, which stores the waitlist and delivers our emails.
- Fonts: Google Fonts, which delivers the typefaces on this website. Your browser requests the font files from Google’s servers, which receive your IP address.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or to a successor if DeepEnd is reorganized or acquired. In that last case, this notice will continue to apply to your information.
International transfers
DeepEnd is based in the United States, and your information is stored and processed there. Where the law requires it, we protect transfers from other countries with appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
We keep your waitlist details until you unsubscribe, ask us to delete them, or we close the waitlist, whichever comes first. We keep replies for as long as needed to answer them and for our records. Hosting logs are kept for a short period set by our hosting provider.
Your choices and rights
Every email we send includes a link to unsubscribe. You can also reply to any email from us at any time to:
- see the information we hold about you, and get a copy of it;
- correct it or have it deleted;
- withdraw your consent or object to how we use it.
We respond within 30 days and won’t treat you differently for using these rights. We may need to confirm your identity first. In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, you can also complain to your data protection authority. If you live in a US state with a consumer privacy law, such as California, you have the rights described here, and you may use an authorized agent to make a request.
Children
This website is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If we learn that a child has joined the waitlist, we will delete their details.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections. No system is completely secure, so we can’t guarantee absolute security.
Changes to this notice
We will update this notice when our practices change, for example when DeepEnd launches. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change is significant, we will tell waitlist members by email.
Questions
For any question or request about your information, reply to any email you have received from DeepEnd, and we will get back to you.
